The Thesis

A founder's second decade is not built in cohorts. It is built in rooms.

Cohorts are extraordinary at one thing. Installing the foundation. The frameworks, the SOPs, the discipline. Most founders need 8 weeks to fix what they have spent years getting wrong.

But the second decade is different. The second decade is about decisions made on Tuesday afternoons that will compound for ten years. Pricing decisions. Hiring decisions. Brand decisions. Decisions that nobody else in your life is qualified to challenge.

The Inner Circle exists for those decisions. Twenty-four operators, twelve months, two retreats, and a private channel where the calibre of the founders is the entire product.

The room is the curriculum. The conversations are the frameworks. The peers are the leverage.

Filter Discipline

Most operators should not apply.

Apply if you are
  • A founder doing Rs 50L plus annual revenue, not pre-revenue
  • A graduate of Cohort 1 or already operating at that calibre
  • Past the discipline phase. The frameworks already work for you.
  • Building a category-defining brand, not just a service business
  • Willing to share your actual numbers in a private room
  • Comfortable being challenged on a Wednesday by 23 peers
Do not apply if you are
  • Looking for tactical frameworks. The Cohort handles that.
  • Below Rs 50L annual revenue. The room will not match you.
  • Unwilling to disclose pricing, margins, hiring decisions
  • Looking for a coach. This is a peer room, not a coaching one.
  • Treating it as a status purchase. The room rejects this signal fast.
  • Unable to commit to two in-person retreats per year
The Twelve-Month Architecture

Six access points. Twelve months. Twenty-four operators.

01

Two Retreats Per Year

One in Goa, one in the Himalayas. Three days each. No agenda except the room and what is on each operator's mind. Stays, meals, transfers all included.

02

Monthly Operator Diagnoses

One operator per month walks the room through their current bottleneck, in detail, with numbers. The room diagnoses, prescribes, and reviews 90 days later.

03

Direct Founder Access

A direct line to me. Not group calls. Not bot triage. WhatsApp, voice notes, decisions made in real time. Reserved exclusively for Inner Circle members.

04

The Private Channel

A Slack channel of 24. Where the actual numbers, hiring stories, contract issues, and pricing decisions live. The kind of room nobody finds without an invitation.

05

Quarterly Strategy Reviews

A 90-minute one-on-one with me, four times a year. Review your numbers, your roadmap, your bets. Adjust. Recommit.

06

Operator Network

Past Inner Circle alumni stay in a permanent alumni network. The network compounds. Every new cohort of 24 expands the room you have access to permanently.

Investment

The most expensive room I run.

Rs 10,00,000
Per Year · 12 Months

The Application Process

Four steps. Two weeks.

Most applications are declined. The 24 seats are protected by the people already in the room. The application is designed to surface fit, not credentials.

Inner Circle Application · 2026

Eight-page branded PDF. Twelve questions. Roughly 90 minutes to complete properly.

  1. Submit the written application
Twelve questions. Approximately 90 minutes to complete. Your numbers, your bottleneck, your three-year thesis, the operator you most want to be by 2030. No CVs, no resumes, no marketing language.
  2. Initial review by the founder
I read every application personally. Most are declined at this stage with a written reason. Approximately 18 percent move to the next round.
  3. A 60-minute conversation
No pitch, no script. We talk about your business, your bets, your fears. The conversation tells both of us whether the room will fit you and whether you will fit the room.
  4. Offer and onboarding
If the fit is mutual, an offer is extended. The deposit holds the seat. The annual fee is invoiced. Onboarding begins with a private 1:1 to set the year's intent and goals.
The Room Filter

If the next ten years compound the way the last ten did, who do you become?

Sit with that question. Then write. The room rewards operators who think out loud on paper before they ever take a seat. Take ninety unhurried minutes — the answers below are the entire interview.

01 / 05

The operator.

Names get answered. Forms get filed. Tell me who's on the other side of this conversation.

As the room would address you.
Where the response goes. Use the inbox you actually open.
For the conversation, if you progress past the written round.
Brand name, what it does in one line, and the URL.
City and country. Retreats are designed around where the room sits.
02 / 05

The proof of operator.

Not credentials. Not titles. The real numbers. The room is built on the calibre of operators inside it, so the floor matters.

The room operates from a Rs 5Cr+ floor. Honest answers only.
From your first paying client, not your first incorporation.
Full-time. Counts you and full-time contractors.
One sentence. The number that proves you're an operator, not a brand-builder. Could be retention, gross margin, EBITDA, NPS, repeat rate. Not revenue alone.
03 / 05

The next decade.

This is the section we read closest. The first decade taught you how to operate. The next one will teach you what to operate towards. Write the way you'd think on a long walk.

Not a job title. A version of yourself. Eight to ten sentences. Be specific.
The question you'd ask in the room nobody else has put you in. Pricing, succession, family, capital, brand, exit. Be the question, not the polite version of it.
Every operator outgrows their room. Tell me the one you've outgrown — and what's missing in it.
04 / 05

The room you'd join.

The Inner Circle is twenty-four operators, not twenty-four students. Every seat must take and every seat must give. Show me what you'd give.

A pattern you've earned. A network you'd open. A contrarian view you'd defend. Something specific that twenty-three other operators couldn't bring.
Names and how they'd describe you in one sentence each. We don't always reach out — but the answer reveals more than a CV.
Founders who've never said no rarely belong in this room. Tell me the most expensive no you've said in the last twelve months.
05 / 05

The commitment.

The Inner Circle is twelve months, two retreats, and a weekly rhythm of conversations. Operators who only show up for the highlight reel hurt the room. Confirm the simple parts before we read the rest.

Paid annually. Reserved for one of the twenty-four seats. No partial seats, no monthly tier.
Roughly four days each, twice a year. Locations announced sixty days in advance. Attendance is the room's compounding asset.
Optional. A constraint, a context, a story we'd otherwise miss. Skip if there isn't one.

Most applications take ninety minutes. Most are declined within seven days, with a written reason.
The ones we don't decline change the founders who wrote them.

Your application is in.

It lands in my private review queue. I read every application personally. If your answers fit one of the seats opening this year, you'll hear from me to schedule the sixty-minute conversation. If we pass, you'll receive a written reason — not silence.
