Done For You · By Application Only

For founders who want the outcome, not the homework.

The cohort teaches you to install the systems. Done For You is when our team installs them for you. Used by founders running real businesses who do not have ninety days of free calendar to learn the work themselves.

The Critical Distinction

The cohort teaches the system. DFY installs it.

Most operators should not apply.

Apply if you are
  • Doing Rs 1Cr+ in annual revenue with proven product-market fit
  • A founder who values calendar over cash, and outcome over execution
  • Willing to give us full access to your numbers, ad accounts, and team
  • Ready to commit to a 12-month engagement with quarterly reviews
  • Operating in coaching, consulting, agency, services, or D2C ecommerce
  • Comfortable with a Rs 25L-50L investment for the year
Do not apply if you are
  • Below Rs 1Cr annual revenue. The cohort is the right entry point.
  • Looking to outsource your decision-making. We install systems, not strategy.
  • Hoping to test if we are good before committing. We are not a 30-day pilot.
  • Unable to give the engagement lead 30 minutes of weekly founder time
  • Looking for a vendor relationship. This is a strategic partnership.
  • Looking for ad management alone. We sell systems, not just media.
Three Engagement Tiers

Same scope. Different depth. Pick how embedded we are.

All three tiers cover the full ten-vertical operator stack — Brand, Content, Sales, Ads, SEO, Funnels, Operations, Hiring, Delivery, Finance. The difference is how deep our team embeds, who does the execution, and how often you sit with Harshh.

The Engagement Process

Four phases. Twelve months.

The Diagnostic
A two-week paid diagnostic before the full engagement begins. We audit your business, model the bottleneck, and write the 12-month plan. Diagnostic fee credits against the engagement.
Weeks 1-2
The Foundation
First 90 days. Foundational systems built in parallel: pricing model rebuilt, sales SOP installed, brand frameworks locked, content calendar designed, ad infrastructure rebuilt.
Months 1-3
The Compounding
Months 4 through 9. The systems run live. Weekly performance reviews. Quarterly strategy adjustments. The team you have hired or we have placed is the new operating layer.
Months 4-9
The Handover
Final 90 days. Internal team takes over. SOPs documented. Dashboards transferred. Engagement closes with a 12-month roadmap your in-house team can execute alone.
Months 10-12
From Past Engagements

Three case results. Anonymised.

"They rebuilt our content engine, then rebuilt our ad funnel. CAC dropped from Rs 14,200 to Rs 5,400 across the year. We did not need to raise prices to fix our margins."

"The Founder's Office engagement basically gave us a strategic operator. The book they helped me write opened doors I did not know existed. The business is unrecognisable in 18 months."

The Engagement Filter

Walk me through your business the way you'd walk a peer through it.

Take twenty unhurried minutes. Answer like the operator you intend to become, not the one chasing this email. The answers below decide whether we read your application this week or next.

01 / 05

Who's writing this.

Names get answered. Forms get filed. Tell me who's on the other side of this conversation.

As you'd write it on a contract.
Where the response goes. Use the inbox you actually open.
For the diagnostic call, if you progress.
If the website is in flux, the name is enough. We'll find the rest.
DFY engagements only sign with the person who can say yes.
02 / 05

Where the business stands today.

No vanity numbers. No "we're about to". Where it really is, on the day you're filling this out.

Used to filter, not to judge. We engage from Rs 1Cr+.
All ten verticals work for any of these.
Including yourself. Counts contractors only if they work full-time.
From day-one revenue, not from incorporation.
03 / 05

The bottleneck you cannot break alone.

This is the section that decides the application. Be specific, be honest, and write the way you'd describe the problem to a peer over coffee — not the way you'd pitch it to an investor.

Not three things. Not the ten things. The one thing that, if it changed, would change everything else.
The agencies, the consultants, the courses, the hires, the SOPs you wrote at 2am. Anything you've tried in the last 18 months.
There's almost always a trigger. Tell me the trigger.
04 / 05

The engagement you're applying for.

Pick the depth that matches your hands-off threshold. The diagnostic call confirms the right tier; this is just where your gut sits today.

We onboard one cohort of clients per quarter. This shapes which one you join.
A simple yes or no. Quotes don't move on this form; only the reality moves the conversation forward.
05 / 05

Twelve months from now.

Close your eyes for a second. It's the same week, twelve months from today. The engagement worked. Tell me what you see.

The revenue, the team, the calendar, the energy. Be specific. The clearer your answer, the faster we can decide if we can deliver it.
A founder's story, a constraint we'd miss, a context that matters. Skip if there isn't one.

Most applications take twenty minutes. Most are declined within seven days.
The ones that aren't, change the next twelve months of the business that wrote them.
